(1) The Council may delegate any authority to the Committee or the Executive Director as required out of the powers it has received under this Act.
(2) The committee may delegate any of the powers obtained under this Act to the sub-committee or task force, executive director or authorized staff of the establishment as per the requirement of section 24.
(3) The Executive Director may delegate any of the powers granted to him according to this Act to his subordinates, as necessary.
