If someone violates the rights of a person with a disability mentioned in this Act or does not fulfill his obligations towards a person with a disability, the person with a disability himself or any member of his family or guardian can apply to the Chief District Officer of the concerned district for the enforcement of that right or the fulfillment of the obligation. .
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Chief District Officer shall, within seven days, understand the relevant person or entity and conduct the necessary investigation in this regard.
(3) If any person is found to have violated the rights of a disabled person during the investigation according to sub-section (2) or if he does not fulfill his obligations towards a disabled person, the chief district officer will order the concerned person to enforce the rights of the disabled person or to fulfill his obligations towards the disabled person.< br> (4) If it is found that an agency or organization has not fulfilled the rights of a disabled person or fulfills its obligations towards a disabled person during the investigation according to sub-section (2), the Chief District Officer shall send a written notice to the relevant agency or organization to enforce the rights of a disabled person or fulfill its obligations towards a disabled person.
