Rule 4
Exercise of Jurisdiction
(1) The jurisdiction of the bench shall be exercised collectively by all the judges of the bench including the Chief Justice.
(2) When there is an order or judgment from the bench, a judge can also express his separate opinion.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if unanimity cannot be established in the order or judgment of the bench from the opinion expressed by the judge, the opinion of the majority of the judges shall be considered as the decision of the bench.
(4) The court may use the same powers and procedures as the original court in accordance with the prevailing law during the resolution of disputes under its jurisdiction.
(2) When there is an order or judgment from the bench, a judge can also express his separate opinion.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if unanimity cannot be established in the order or judgment of the bench from the opinion expressed by the judge, the opinion of the majority of the judges shall be considered as the decision of the bench.
