Section 24
Designation of authorized officer
For the purpose of allowing the recording of communications in accordance with this paragraph, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and appoint an authorized officer of at least the first class of the Government of Nepal or any body under the Gazette.
