(1) The Chairman shall be the chief administrative officer of the Commission working full time.
(2) The chairman's remuneration, facilities and conditions of service and work, duties and rights shall be as prescribed.
(3) For participating in the meeting of the commission, the member will receive the meeting allowance as specified.
(4) If a member of the commission is required to work for the commission for a certain period of time, the commission may employ him for a period not exceeding three months at a time by paying the remuneration as determined by the commission.
