Section 10
Qualification of chairman and member
To be appointed as chairman or member, the following qualifications should be met:- (a) Citizen of Nepal, (b) Having high moral character, (c) Securities market management, capital market development, economic, financial, Having acquired at least seven years of professional experience in the field of commerce, management or law, and (d) not disqualified as per section 11.
