The duties and powers of the Chairman shall be as follows :- (a) To act as the administrative head of the Authority, (b) To formulate the annual plan and program of the Authority and submit it to the meeting of the Authority, (c) To supervise the funds of the Authority. and controlling, (d) taking care of the property of the authority, (e) acting as a liaison officer between the authority and the Government of Nepal and other organizations, (f) performing other tasks delegated by the authority in accordance with the Act or this regulation.
