Rule 5
Work, duties and rights of the chairman
The work, duties and rights of the chairman will be as follows :-
(a) To act as the Administrative Head of the Board.
(b) To carry out the day-to-day administration to be carried out by the Board under its direction and control, and to cause it to be done.
(c) To supervise and control the employees working in the board.
(d) Calling the meeting of the Board and presiding over it.
(e) Casting a decisive vote in case of equality of votes in the meeting of the board.
(f) To implement the decisions made by the Board.
(G) To carry out other works entrusted by the Government of Nepal and the Board.
(h) To do other necessary work in connection with the orderly conduct of the work of the Board subject to the Act, these regulations and the decisions made by the Board.
