Section 680
Liability for unauthorized entry:

The person who enters unauthorized shall be liable for the loss or damage caused by unauthorized entry (trespass) to someone's property.

Explanation:For the purpose of this section For "unauthorized entry" means the unlawful entry, possession of its produce, unauthorized damage, interference or unlawful encroachment upon the right, enjoyment or possession of another in the case of immovable property and the right, enjoyment or possession of another in the case of movable property.
