Section 66
Notice of dishonor
If a negotiable instrument is dishonored by rejection or by refusing to pay, the holder or any party responsible for it shall give notice of the same to all parties related to the instrument and if any of them is not notified, such party shall not be liable for the instrument. But in this section It is not necessary to inform the person who wrote the promissory note that the person accepting the bill of exchange or the drawee has been dishonored by something written.
