Section 147
Compulsory Retirement
Workers who are in regular employment will get compulsory retirement from employment after reaching the age of eighteen years. However, if mandatory retirement is required at the age of less than eighty-eight years for work of a specific nature, permission may be obtained as specified by the council and provision can be made in the regulations.
