(1) The commission may form a team including officials or employees of the commission or employees of the government of Nepal or employees or experts of the provincial government to monitor or conduct election campaigning, voting, vote counting or other operations related to the election.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the Commission shall determine the constituencies to be monitored, the procedure to be followed while monitoring and the time when such team should complete the monitoring work while forming the team.
