(1) The Commission may appoint a monitoring team in accordance with Section 5 of the Act to monitor election-related work. , candidates, employees and other persons may give necessary instructions.

(3) The monitoring team appointed according to sub-rule (1) shall submit its report to the Commission within fifteen days of the completion of the monitoring work, except in cases where the Commission has given a separate order.
