(5) During the monitoring and surveillance work according to sub-section (3), the judicial monitoring and surveillance committee shall assist the gazetted staff of the Council of Justice as necessary.

(6) According to subsection (3), the work of monitoring and surveillance shall be done in secret. It should be submitted to the Judicial Council within the period.

(8) The Judicial Council may take the report as per sub-section (7) as a basis when evaluating the judge or taking action against him.
