(1) In order to transform the administration system into a service provider by making government services and facilities effective and to monitor and evaluate whether the work to be performed by the authorized officers according to the prevailing law has been performed in an effective and quality manner, a central monitoring and evaluation committee will be formed under the coordination of the Chief Secretary.
(2) The monitoring and evaluation committee can be formed at the province and district level as prescribed.
(3) To assist the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, each Ministry shall have an evaluation and monitoring mechanism as prescribed. 4) The Secretariat of the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Committee will be in the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
