(1) No political party or candidate or election representative or any other person shall use or cause to be used vehicles other than the number specified by the Commission and other than those permitted by the Commission or the Election Officer.
(2) In connection with the campaigning of the election, any political party or candidate or election representative or any other person to use the vehicle of the Government of Nepal, State Government, local level, organization owned by the Government of Nepal, State Government or local level or any educational institution or non-governmental organization. or should not be done.
(3) No political party or candidate or election representative or any other person shall use any vehicle to hold or conduct a rally in the course of election campaign.
(4) The commission, election officer or monitor may impose a fine of up to twenty-five thousand rupees on those who act contrary to sub-section (1), (2) or (3).
(5) For using a vehicle contrary to sub-section (1) or (2) of a political party or a candidate or an election representative or any other person, the officer who imposes a fine in accordance with "sub-section (4)" shall seize such vehicle for the duration of the election and sub-section (2) Departmental action will be taken against the officer who allows the use of such a vehicle for using such a vehicle.
