If a listed company receives notice, information and details of any business dealings with unfair prejudice against the interests of its members, the Board may order such company to do the following:- (a) not to do such business, (b) members To determine the procedures for business transactions in a way that does not conflict with the interests, (c) To appoint a manager or trustee including the work duties to deal with all or some of the company's business on behalf of the company, (d) To issue necessary orders to regularize and manage the company's business transactions.
