(1) The license obtained in accordance with this paragraph shall be valid until the end of each year.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the renewal of the license shall be done by the licensing authority for the next financial year within thirty-five days after the expiry of the period of validity of the license.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the person applying for renewal shall submit a renewal fee of twenty rupees for the license.
(4) If any person comes to apply for the renewal of the license after the expiry of the period under sub-rule (2), the licensing authority shall (3) The fee charged as per the following may be renewed by taking the following additional fees:-
(a) Five rupees for the end of Ashwin of the same financial year after exceeding the deadline as per sub-rule (2).
