Rule 31
Claim for compensation of non-productive livestock
: Within seven days from the date of proving that the livestock is non-productive according to Rule 26, the guardian shall attach the following documents and submit a compensation claim to the fund through the member organization in accordance with Schedule-9 :-
(a) Copy of the letter from the conservator informing the Vyhora Animal Services Office that the protected livestock is unproductive,
(b) Full copy of Livestock Protection Article,
(c) Certificate issued as per rule 26 of safe livestock non-productive.
