On the application for permission to conduct international financial transactions according to section 13, the implementation committee shall, after carrying out the necessary investigation, consider it appropriate to grant permission to conduct international financial transactions, including the necessary conditions, and shall issue the permit in the prescribed format. If the permit cannot be given, the applicant should be notified.
