(1) Within thirty days of receiving the application according to section 8, the bank shall conduct an on-site inspection and investigation regarding the physical and technical infrastructure of the applicant institution.
(2) If it is deemed appropriate to issue a license to the applicant during the inspection and investigation according to sub-section (1), the bank shall, within sixty days from the date of receipt of the application, issue a license to the applicant to work as a payment system operator or payment service provider after taking the specified amount as a bond.
