(1) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with Rule 25, if the applicant finds it desirable to issue a permit to establish an industry in a special economic zone in accordance with the Act and this regulation, the authority shall within seven days of receipt of the application collect a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and grant the permit in the format as per Schedule-5.
(2) While examining the application according to sub-rule (1), the authority may request additional information, details or documents from the applicant if deemed necessary.
(3) If it is not found appropriate to grant a permit after the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the authority shall inform the applicant within seven days of the receipt of the open application.
