(1) After selecting or approving the proposal according to section 27, 28 and 29, the relevant body shall issue the project study permit to the proposer on the terms and conditions as specified.
(2) When making an agreement as per sub-section (1), for the purpose of completing the work within time, a performance bond shall be taken as specified.
(3) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, in the event that the project is approved in accordance with this Act and a permit is obtained in accordance with sub-section (1), such permit shall be deemed to have been issued in accordance with the prevailing law.
