(1) If there is an application for a license in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 7, the authority will examine the application and the documents attached to the application, and if during the examination it is found that only one person is eligible to operate such telecommunication service, the authority will negotiate with such person to issue the license fee, renewal fee and After determining the royalty, the license should be given to the applicant in the format as per schedule-4.
(2) In case more than one applicant is found eligible to operate such telecommunication service during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the authority shall give notice to all those persons to raise the license fee, renewal fee and royalty, and the person who has the highest bid for the promotion shall be given the highest bid. ) must be given a permit.
(3) When granting a permit according to sub-rule (2), the authority shall issue the permit to the person who agrees to pay the highest amount after calculating the permit fee accepted by the person applying for the permit, the fee to be paid for renewing the permit for the first time, and the royalty amount agreed to be paid throughout the duration of the permit. .
(4) The minimum amount of license fee, license renewal fee and royalty to be accepted for the license granted in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2) shall be as mentioned in the notice published by the authority in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Rot Act.
(5) If there is an application for a permit in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 7, the authority shall examine the application and the documents attached to the application, and if it is deemed appropriate to grant a permit after such examination, the person making the application shall be granted a permit in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(6) In accordance with sub-rule (3) of Rule 7, if there is an application for a permit, the authority shall issue a permit to the applicant in the format as per Schedule-5 after conducting the necessary investigation in that regard.
(7) Other procedures to be followed while granting the permit in accordance with this rule shall be as prescribed by the authority.
