Section 88
<br> which may suspend the license
If any securities market or securities dealer acts contrary to this Act or the rules and regulations made under this Act, or fails to comply with the orders or instructions given by the Board, or fails to do the work required to be done keeping in mind the interests of the investors, the Board shall fix a certain period for such securities market or securities dealer. In accordance with this Act, the license obtained to operate the securities market or securities business may be suspended. (2) Due to the suspension of the license in accordance with subsection (1), the liability arising from the work done by such securities market or securities business before the suspension of the license shall not be affected in any way.
