(1) If any licensed organization acts contrary to this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act, or fails to comply with the orders or instructions given by the Board, or acts contrary to the interests of investors, or fails to submit financial and transaction related details to be submitted to the Board, the Board shall fix a period such Can suspend the license of the organization.
(2) An organization that has received a license under suspension as per sub-section (1) shall not be able to conduct business during the period of suspension.
