Section 3
Business shall not be carried on without obtaining a license
No person shall carry on the following business without obtaining a license in accordance with this Act:-
(a) Commodity Exchange Market,
(b) commodity trading business,
(c) Rafsaf and Fasraut business, or
(d) Warehouse.
