: (1) A person who wants to sell and distribute organic material, chicken, fish, or meat processing must obtain a permit from the designated agency by paying the prescribed fee.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the quality and standards of organic matter, chicken, fish meal or meat processing to be sold and distributed shall be as prescribed.
