"(1) The duration of the permit shall be subject to sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Act as follows:- 7(a) The duration of the permit issued in accordance with sub-rule (5) of rule 10, sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Act ) as specified in the notice published in the Nepal Gazette, but the period of the permit granted before the commencement of this section shall be as specified in the same permit.
(b) The period of the permit given in accordance with sub-rules (1), (2) and (6) of rule 10 as specified in the permit. 1(2) If the licensee wishes to renew the license he/she has received, the renewal fee accepted by him/her for the license obtained in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 10 and sub-rule (5) of rule 10, three months before the expiry of the period of the license. And for the renewal of the permit obtained as per (6), an application shall be submitted to the authority by attaching the renewal fee as specified in Schedule-7. 3) If a permit holder fails to submit an application for the renewal of the permit within the period specified in sub-rule (2), if an application is made to the authority for the renewal of the open permit within the period of validity of the permit, and if such reason is found to be reasonable, the authority shall renew his permit by charging an additional fee of fifteen percent of the renewal fee. 7 Amended by Fifth Amendment. ॥. Amended by the Fourth Amendment. D (4) If the permit holder does not renew the permit even within the period as per sub-rule (3), such permit shall not be renewed.
