(1) The organization receiving the license shall pay fifty percent of the fee specified in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 for the renewal of the license at least thirty-five days before the expiry of the period of the license prescribed in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Act. An application for the renewal of the permit should be submitted to the committee in the format as per Schedule-9.

(2) After receiving the application as per sub-rule (1), the relevant health institution shall provide the physical means, manpower and other necessary as mentioned in Schedule-3. If it is found that the services and facilities are being arranged regularly and the orders and instructions given from time to time as per Section 29 of the Act have been followed, the committee will renew the kidney transplant service operation permit obtained by such health institution and issue a certificate in the format as per Schedule-10.
