(1) The license holder shall renew the license obtained by him to carry out mineral operations within three months from the end of each financial year.
(2) In order to renew the license according to sub-rule (1), an application should be submitted to the relevant district development committee for the license of general construction minerals and to the department for the renewal of other licenses.
(3) If there is an application for renewal according to sub-rule (2), the department and in the case of general construction minerals, the relevant district development committee shall make necessary inquiries and take the renewal fee as per schedule-4 and renew the permit according to the request of the applicant.
