Rule 19
Renewal of Permit
–
(1) Before the expiry of the period of the license obtained under rule 14, the person who has received the license shall submit an application to the committee for the renewal of the license along with a fee of five hundred rupees.
(2) If the license is not renewed according to sub-rule (1), the licensee may submit an application to the committee within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the period of validity of the license, and the committee may renew the license if the conduct is found to be reasonable upon investigation of the application.
