(1) The license holder who wants to renew the license should submit an application to the authority in the format as per schedule-6.
(2) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is found that the permit holder has fulfilled the conditions as per the Act, these regulations and the agreement, the authority shall impose ten thousand rupees and in the case of an application for renewal pursuant to sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Act, an additional ten thousand rupees as late fee. The permit should be renewed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application.
(3) If it is found that the permit cannot be renewed after examining the application according to sub-rule (2), the authority shall inform the concerned permit holder stating the reason within seven days from the date of receipt of the application.
