(1) If the permit holder finds it necessary to amend any of the things mentioned in the permit, he/she shall submit an application to the authority in the format as per Schedule-8 explaining why the amendment is necessary.
(2) If any application is received according to sub-rule (1), the authority will carry out the necessary investigation in that regard, and if the reasons given for the amendment in the permit are found to be reasonable and reasonable, if the fundamentals of the permit do not change, then the permit shall be amended by taking a fee of fifteen thousand rupees.
