Rule 21
If there is a need to amend the permit,
the permit holder can apply to the committee if he wants to amend any of the things mentioned in the permit.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the committee will conduct the necessary investigation in that regard and if it finds any misconduct during such investigation, it will amend the permit.
