(1) The party may take disciplinary action against members or officials who act contrary to the statute or do not follow the party's code of conduct as provided in the statute.
(2) When taking action in accordance with sub-section (1), he shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present his explanation.
(3) According to this section, when the party takes action against a member, the reason and basis thereof must be clearly disclosed.
