: All documents including the inquiry prepared during the investigation and investigation after the information of the offense was registered by the investigation officer, warrant bond and other bond, copy of the same if fine was ordered to anyone, calculation of stolen electric unit, damages and compensation amount. The record of the determined work action shall be prepared in the format as per Schedule-7 and attached with the investigation and investigation file.
