(1) If it appears that if the victim is not provided immediate relief or is not rescued, the Commission will order the concerned agency to immediately provide interim relief or rescue such person.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant body shall immediately provide relief to the victim after the order is made by the Commission.
(3) If the relief under sub-section (2) is provided in cash, the concerned person or entity shall recover the amount from the human rights violator as prescribed.
(4) The Commission may request the assistance of any organization or individual to provide interim relief to the victim or rescue the victim.
(5) Other arrangements related to interim relief and rescue shall be as prescribed.
