(1) An interview committee will be formed at the central office to conduct interviews for the selection of candidates under the chairmanship of the chairman or a member designated by him or any other person as specified.
(2) The constitution of the interview committee for the interview held in the office other than the central office of the Commission shall be as prescribed.
(3) Inclusive participation shall be ensured when forming the interlocutory committee in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2). Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-section, inclusive participation will be ensured if there is at least one member from women, tribals/tribes, Madhesi, Dalits, backward areas in the interview committee.
(4) Other arrangements related to the interview shall be as prescribed.
