(1) After receiving the final report related to the accident in accordance with rule 17, the ministry shall send such report as soon as possible to the state mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 16 and to the state related to such a citizen in case of death or serious injury of a citizen of a third country as a result of such an accident.< br> (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the weight of the aircraft involved in the accident is more than five thousand seven hundred kilograms, the Ministry shall send the accident investigation report to the International Civil Aviation Organization as well.
(3) When sending the report to the International Civil Aviation Organization according to sub-rule (2), it should be sent as soon as possible and within twelve months from the date of the accident.
