(1) If other government agencies or government employees other than the employees working in the department are to be assigned the task of conducting research and investigation according to subsection (2) of section 10 of the Act, the Director General shall send the recommendation in writing to the Ministry of Finance.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1) in writing, the ministry may appoint any government agency or employee to carry out research and investigation related work after consulting with the relevant agency.
