In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned in the Constitution, this Act and other federal laws, other functions, duties and powers of the Commission shall be as follows:-
(a) Formulating policies, plans, strategies related to elections, their implementation and monitoring,
(b) Making necessary arrangements for voter identification,
(c) Conducting necessary study and research on election related reforms (d) Integrating election-related information and data and managing records (e) Making the necessary arrangements related to infrastructure development of election offices,
(f) Making arrangements for providing expert services related to elections,
(G) To expand relations with international organizations related to elections.
