Section 258
Provisions relating to other civil proceedings
(1) Apart from the cases filed under Section 254, if any officer is designated in the law related to conducting civil cases or collecting evidence, from such officer and in case such officer is not appointed, the head of the relevant office shall collect evidence and file a complaint without exceeding the time limit for the decision to proceed or not to proceed with the case. The evidence with the missile must be sent to the public prosecutor.
(2) In case of receipt of a mise according to sub-section (1), the public prosecutor shall study the mise and decide whether or not to proceed with the case and if the case is to be proceeded with, in which case the mise shall be filed before the relevant authority without exceeding the time limit for filing the case. (3) If it is decided to prosecute the case by the public prosecutor according to sub-section (2), the concerned officer shall prepare a complaint and file the case before the relevant court within the time limit.
(4) After filing a case in accordance with sub-section (3), the concerned officer shall provide a copy of the missile related to such case to the public prosecutor.
