Section 20
Special arrangements for operating campuses of other universities

(1) If an affiliated and affiliated campus of a university applies to join the university and remain as an affiliated and affiliated campus with the recommendation of the board of directors, the process for recognizing that campus as an affiliated and affiliated campus of the university will be carried forward.
(2) The procedure under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the university.
(3) According to sub-section (1), after a campus is operated as a part campus of the university, the property in the name of such campus will also be transferred to the part campus of the university.
(4) According to subsection (1), after a campus is operated as a part campus of the university, the teachers and staff working in that campus will remain as teachers and staff of the part campus of the university.
(5) According to sub-section (4), if any teacher and staff do not want to remain as teachers and staff of the campus of the university, they shall inform the concerned university within one year of the decision of the assembly or the approval of the concerned university, and in such a case the university shall consult with the concerned university to such teachers and staff. He can be employed as a teacher and employee of the university.
(6) According to sub-section (4), teachers and employees of the university's campus will be deemed to have completed their permanent service in the campus and their service period will be calculated accordingly.
(7) According to sub-section (4) or (5), if any teachers and staff are employed in the campus of the university, no change shall be made in the remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the former to the detriment of them.
