The person who has received the permit can enter into an agreement with other persons after obtaining the approval of the Government of Nepal regarding the implementation of the project. But due to the agreement, he will not be exempted from the obligation to implement the project.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the person who received the permit has entered into any agreement, he shall submit a copy of the agreement to the Government of Nepal within fifteen days from the date of such agreement.
