Apart from the vehicles mentioned in rules 15 and 16, the classification and carrying capacity of other vehicles such as dozer, loader, dumper, crane, fire engine, road roller, excavator etc. shall be subject to the catalog, specification or standard issued by such vehicle manufacturer in the notification letter. Considering the mentioned details, the form and shape of the vehicle, the Government of Nepal will publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and it will be as prescribed.
