(1) Apart from the decisions or orders issued by the Government of Nepal since the writing of the Act or this regulation, the decisions made or issued by the Council of Ministers, in the case of orders or letters of authority, by the Chief Secretary and by the Ministry or In the case of decisions, orders or authorizations issued by the secretary of the relevant ministry and other types of documents, orders or actions or decisions, the verification shall be in accordance with the decision of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if a specific authority is designated as per the prevailing law for the authentication of a particular public document, such public document shall be authenticated by such an authority.
