If a person whose name is registered in the voter list of a rural municipality or a ward of a municipality migrates to the same or another rural municipality or municipal ward by marriage or other reasons, the name of such a person can be registered in the relevant ward of the rural municipality or municipality where he has settled.
(2) When registering a name in accordance with sub-section (1), such a person shall submit proof of marriage or immigration to the registration officer.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the person who wants to register his name must submit proof of his previous name registration.
