Section 4
The provisions of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply

(1) This Act shall be implemented subject to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code (2) Words defined in the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code are mentioned in this Act, such words shall have the same meaning as defined in the said Code.
(3) The principles mentioned in the Criminal Code shall also be applicable in the implementation of this Act.
