(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint or designate any person as Head of Handicapped House to act as the head of the Handicapped House established in accordance with this regulation.

(2) Sub-rule (1) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the head of the disabled house appointed or designated as per the Ministry shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.
